EMERALD BAY ANNOUNCES KUHN 3 RESULTS
Emerald Bay Energy Inc. (TSX Venture: EBY) (the “Company” or “Emerald Bay”) announced today that the Company has perforated a four foot section of the upper Austin Chalk formation in the Kuhn 3 well at the Company’s Wooden Horse play in south Texas. The company has been conducting an unstimulated swabbing test on the well for the past 24 hours. Over the course of the test the Company has observed in-flow rates of approximately 60 bbls/day of fluid with a 90-95% oil cut. The Company will equip the well and tie it into the tank battery in the coming days at which point the formation may be stimulated with acid and the well will be put on production.
